Next stage: securing our financing
By acquiring the property, our non-profit cooperative has laid the foundation for securing Kilchzimmer for the long term. Now the next stage begins: consolidating our finances and refinancing our loans.
We need additional capital to put our financing on a sustainable footing and to keep developing the house with care. At the same time, we are continually investing in the maintenance of the buildings and the grounds.
Alongside the cooperative's own funds and a great deal of personal commitment, loans, donations, gifts, and grants make an essential contribution. Giving time, expertise, or hands-on help is just as valuable.
Every form of support helps preserve Kilchzimmer for the long term as an open place for community, nature, culture, and education. Get in touch with us if you would like to support this mission!

Living at Kilchzimmer
There is still room in our beautiful home and project for more housemates and contributors!
We welcome people who would like to bring their skills to our cooperative, our vision, and our small seminar operation.
We are looking for open, warm-hearted people who would like to share part of their everyday lives, are keen to genuinely connect with others, value community processes, and are willing to invest time and energy in a communal living project.
If this sounds like you, we look forward to hearing from you.
