Funding and Support

For Kilchzimmer to remain an open place for learning, culture, and connection in the future, it needs not only a lot of passion but also a solid financial basis. We are on the verge of taking over the property as a non-profit cooperative and securing it for the public in the long term. For this and for the necessary renovations, we are looking for people who would like to support us.

Our cooperative contributes equity capital, and we take on a lot of work ourselves. However, to complete the financing, we rely on additional support.

Private loans are particularly valuable to us because they make financing cheaper and allow us to remain more independent of bank interest rates. Every contribution, big or small, strengthens the project and makes it possible for this special place to remain open, lively, and non-profit.

Anyone who wishes to support us receives full transparency: insight into the business plan, renovation plan, statutes, and clear agreements on repayment modalities. Upon request, a personal connection to the place can also arise from this, through encounters, participation, or stays at Kilchzimmer.
