Kilchzimmer thrives on people living here and working on site at the same time. This connection between living and working space corresponds not only to the legal requirements of the special zone «Kilchzimmer - Education and Training», but also to our understanding of responsible togetherness.

Everyone who lives here contributes to the preservation and further development of the place. We work in the areas of seminar operations, agriculture, culture forum, infrastructure, garden, and community organization. This creates meaningful, diverse, and locally anchored fields of work.

Communal living offers space for different forms of life. Families, couples, individuals, and shared apartments find space here and contribute according to their possibilities. Shared meals, agreements, house and garden assignments, as well as everyday rituals promote connection, cooperation, and respectful togetherness.

Children grow up in a nature-oriented environment where participation and co-creation are a matter of course. Adults share skills and responsibility and together create a stable, lively environment.
